Data Governance to Critical Communications and Power Infrastructure
A leading UK manufacturer and distributor, was preparing to migrate from legacy systems to a new NetSuite ERP — a high-stakes transition with major implications for operational readiness, supplier tracking, warehouse eAiciency, and marketing visibility.
We were engaged to address critical data challenges ahead of the migration. This included establishing governance foundations by aligning the RACI model and developing Employee Data Retention and Customer & Contact Retention Policies in line with GDPR and best practice. At the same time, product visibility was restored by tabularising website listings via PowerShell, cross-referencing them with finance reports, and identifying which products required correction. To support operational readiness, a warehouse data solution was also designed to improve eAiciency and ensure accurate integration with the new ERP platform.
